Game ID Market ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Game ID Market mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Game ID Market, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account when you sign in with Google.
• Listing content: Photos you upload for your game account or item listings.
• Usage data: Posts you create, ratings you submit, and other in-app activity.
• Device permissions: Camera and photo library access, only when you choose to upload a photo for a listing or profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To display your listings to other users on the marketplace.
• To allow other users to rate and review your listings.
• To identify admin users and moderate content.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.

3. Camera and Photo Library

Game ID Market requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload images for your listings or profile photo. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action (tapping the upload button). Images you upload are stored securely and displayed only within the app.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase (a secure cloud database) and Firebase Authentication. Profile photos and listing images are stored in Supabase Storage. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your listing content (title, description, price, game, images) is visible to all app users as part of the marketplace.

Your name and profile photo may be shown alongside your listings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In – for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase (Google) – for authentication services.
• Supabase – for database and file storage.
• Google AdMob – for displaying ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization.

7. Advertising

Game ID Market may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device information and identifiers to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Game ID Market is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us using the information below.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the app.
